 Prices The casona is divided in two floors, being able to be rented only one of them when 10 persons do not excel themselves. High season (from July 1 to August 31, Holy Week, Christmas and Bank Holidays): From 8 to 16 persons: 32 € / person and night From 1 to 7 persons: to consult prices Lower season (rest of the year): From 8 to 16 persons: 25 € / person and night From 1 to 7 persons: to consult prices During the months of July and August the house was rented for weeks. The entry was realized every Saturday at 5 p.m. and the exit the day been convenient before 12 a.m.. The rest of the year the minimal occupation will be 2 nights (weekend). Do not hesitate to consult any other possibility.
At your arrival we will leave a basket of welcome them with Cantabrian products in
order that they have breakfast, and that consists of milk of Cantabria, handle you sobaos
pasiegos, confectionary, jams, butter, bread for toasts, coffee and cocoa.
At the entry in the house there is asked a bail of 300 euros, which will be returned your exit
once let's check the house and let's verify that quite this in order.

Cleanliness at the entry and exit.
For long stays there will be a cleanliness, change of bed clothes and towels as minimum once a week.
In these prices this one included 7 % VAT.
