The construction of the house dates back of 1840, being the architectural style different from the common thing in the Cantabrian casonas. At the end of the 19th century it began the construction of the Chapel dedicated to the Archangel San Rafael, being inaugurated On March 30, 1900 by the Priest Parson D. Juan of Garlic Saws and represented by the Priests D. Antonio Zamaguillo y D. Joaquin Cagigal. From this date mass is celebrated every Sunday at 9 a.m., as well as last Saturday of October, to celebrate San's Rafael festivity and local holiday(party) of the Neighborhood of the Corner. This casona is restored and opened to the public from May, 2006 and it is distributed in two floors by capacity for 16 persons. The first floor has 5 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and 2 with two individual beds, and in the second one 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and other one with two individual beds. Both floors possess two wide baths. In the first this placed floor the kitchen, totally equipped, as well as a pantry with all kinds of furniture. This floor possesses two TV's rooms, one of them with DVD, a wide dining room and an agreeable gallery armchairs, sofas, tables and chairs to be able to enjoy during the day of any moment of relaxation or of a food in family or with your friends. The whole house has heating The garden possesses swimming pool, barbecue, furniture of garden, Cantabrian bowling alley and diverse games for the whole family.
